Browse The Site

To move around this site simply point your cursor to the required topic and click the left hand button on your mouse. The new page will then load on screen. The item tabs and links enable you to navigate quickly around the site. 

Search For Products

The home page has seven product category tabs near the top of the page. Click on any of these tabs and then you can drill down to the products contained within that category and the choices and various types available. 

Products can also be searched for using the `Product finder` Search facility button at the top of the home page. The product name, keyword or product reference number can be typed in to the box provided and the available items can be viewed by clicking on the Search button.

User Login

You do not have to be a registered user to browse the site but you do have to Login if you wish to purchase products from the site. Simply click on  My Account  which is located on the footer on every page  and then the New User button. Enter your contact details, username and register a password for future use.

This process can also be accessed once you have viewed and selected products. When you re visit our site you can enter your username and password to proceed to the checkout without re entering your details again. All details can be updated at any time by using the My Account tab and changing your details on the registration screen. Do not worry if you forget your password. There is a feature within My Account   that will allow you to obtain a new password.

Place Products Into Shopping Basket

Once you have identified the product that you wish to purchase, enter a quantity in the box provided next to the price of that product and simply click on the ADD button. This will place the item in your shopping basket. You can then carry on browsing products or proceed to the Checkout by clicking on the Shopping Basket or My Basket tab at the top of the screen. You can edit/remove items from your basket by using the on screen buttons available at any time. 

Placing Your Order

When the Shopping Basket is displayed on screen you can click on the Proceed to Checkout button to complete your purchase. The items you have selected will be shown along with their values and the total amount payable. Follow the on screen prompts to complete the purchase. You may choose between payment by credit card or by trading account. The credit card option is the quickest way to proceed. However, if you wish to use your existing  nett 30 day account or open  a new account simply contact us and we will update your account details . New accounts will be set up subject to credit status and suitable references. Payment of a pro forma invoice will normally be required on the first order. This will be emailed to you by return. 

 
Our credit card payment provider is Natwest Plc who  operates a safe and secure transmission system using SSL. 
 
You will automatically receive an email confirmation and an order confirmation by return from us.

We produce a 513 page catalogue that contains over 11,000 products ( some of which are not on our web site at present ). Please click on the link contained on our home page and then complete your contact details to receive the latest copy of our catalogue by return post.

Price and Delivery

All prices are shown in £ sterling and are subject to VAT. All orders over £100 in gross value are delivered free to UK mainland addresses excluding Scotland unless the product falls into the small category of items that by their nature require a carriage charge. These items would have been marked as such against their browse detail and the amount of carriage will be advised to you by a separate email. All orders under £100 will be subject to an admin charge of £12.50 plus vat but you may select a multiple of items within such an order

Bespoke Products And Contact Us

We are able to provide bespoke products and steel fabricated items along with service & maintenance contracts. Please click on the green Steel Fabrication Specials, Maintenance and Site Work tab located at the top of every page to find  more information and the facility to use our online Quotations Request screen. The Contact Us page contains our full address, phone / fax details along with a location finder map for your convenience. You will also see an email contact form that you can use to send us any requests that you may have.
