SETTLEMENT TERMS
CREDIT ACCOUNTS
are opened subject to approved references. In the event of default, we reserve the right to suspend further deliveries and to require pre-payment of invoice value of further deliveries or to cancel unexecuted order without prejudice.
are strictly net payments with 30 days of invoice date, failure to comply and we reserve the right to charge interest on any amount outstanding beyond this time at 2% over current minimum lending rate.
TITLE OF GOODS
is reserved by us until full payment is received. Responsibility for maintenance and insurance passes to the purchaser on delivery. Until full payment has been made, the seller may at any time recover the goods and may enter the buyer’s premises for this purpose after giving notice of intention to repossess. Any third party concerned in the use or resale of good must be informed of this Condition.
DISCOUNTS
which we have agreed can be deducted from the total invoice value only if settled within the stated time limit.
DELIVERIES
on all orders and contracts are accepted on the understanding that we are not held responsible for any delay caused by conditions beyond our control.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT/SHORTAGES
should be signed for as such and not just ‘unexamined Notification should be made to us within 3 days of delivery in writing. No claim for damages can be accepted unless goods were signed for as damaged.
NON-DELIVERY
should be advised within 7 days from date of invoice.
CARRIAGE
prices in this website include free delivery within the UK mainland excluding Scotland by our standard carrier for orders with a gross value of £100 or more excluding VAT. Orders with a value under this figure will be subject to a £12.50 administration/handling charge. A small amount of products due to their characteristics are carriage extra and are marked as such in the website. Specially quoted items, special delivery, offshore island or restricted access delivery are charged extra.
MINIMUM INVOICE VALUE
is £25 excluding VAT.
VERBAL ORDERS/INSTRUCTIONS
should be confirmed within 3 days in writing.
CANCELLATIONS/ALTERATIONS
cannot be accepted without previous written consent from us and any special materials purchased or any semi-manufactured parts left on ur hands will be chargeable.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
agreed by us will be replaced free of charge if returned, carriage paid within 6 months from date of dispatch. We cannot accept Liability for expenses incurred by customers on such defect.
PRICES, QUOTATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
are subject to alteration without notice. While every effort is made to maintain prices, we can only accept orders at prices ruling at time of dispatch. If the quantity ordered is different to that quoted. We reserve the right to re-quote.
RECOMMENDATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
are given to the best of our knowledge and in good faith, but we cannot accept liability which may arise from their application.
SALE OR RETURN
Goods supplied 7/10 days sale or return are assumed sold if retained after this period. You will be responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment and all carriage charges incurred. Any restocking and refurbishment cost will be your liability.
HIRE OR LOAN
the above mentioned last two paragraphs apply.
These conditions of sale override any Conditions of Purchase which may be printed on the Buyer’s Purchase Order and that issuing of Orders or Contracts implies agreement with these Terms. Any disputes that may arise will be deemed to be under English Law.
